Day 1

Check into the hotel at any time after 3 PM.
Noon – 5 PM: Visit the welcome table in the hotel lobby.
6-7 PM: Welcome Reception with 1 complimentary drink* (choice of a glass of wine, beer or soft drink) and 3 canapes per person. 
The rest of the evening at your leisure. Dinner is at your own expense.

Day 2

6:30-10 AM: Breakfast at the hotel RBG Bar & Grill restaurant.
11 AM – 5 PM: Full-day sightseeing tour of Stockholm; includes lunch, transportation and English-speaking guide.

• 10:45 AM.: Gather at the hotel lobby area and board a bus for your city tour.
• Embark on a panoramic tour of Djurgarden, Sódermalm & Östermalm, and more.
• Take a walking tour around Gamla Stan; the Old Town.
• Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant (drinks not included) and savor some free time for shopping.
• Continue to the Vasa Museum. 
• 5:00 PM: Return to the hotel.

The rest of the day at your leisure. Dinner is at your own expense.

Day 3

6:30-10 AM: Buffet breakfast at the hotel RBG Bar & Grill restaurant.
A day at your leisure. Lunch is at your own expense.
6:45 P.M: Meet in the hotel lobby for departure to the restaurant "Villa Källhagen".
7 P.M: Savor a 3-course set-menu dinner complete with a drink package.* (1 glass of wine with the starter, 1,5 glass with the main course, and coffee/tea). Children will be served from the children's menu (drinks for children are not included).

Day 4

7:00-11 AM: Buffet breakfast at the hotel RBG Bar & Grill restaurant.
Check out of the hotel by noon.

*The minimum age to consume alcohol is 21 years. Age is determined at the time of travel.

• At the time of booking, you will see a page with your order number and trip cost. This is your confirmation. Please retain and bring this information with you on your trip.

Must be an Active Member in Good Standing to Travel: 

You understand and acknowledge that participating in DreamTrips is a benefit of DreamTrips Membership; therefore, your monthly membership fees must be current and paid in full at the time of travel. If you book a DreamTrips package and cancel your membership, or your membership is in inactive status at the time of travel, you understand and acknowledge that your trip will be cancelled and subject to refund as outlined in the cancellation policy for your particular trip.

Travel is unpredictable and country restrictions due to COVID-19 change regularly; please understand that the policies below apply and you are encouraged to purchase travel protection.

Cancellation Policy*: If you cancel 65 days or more before the start date of your trip, you will get a refund less a fee of up to US$100. If you cancel within 64 days of the start date of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are applicable on a per-person basis.

*This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations in applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.

Name Change Policies: Name changes are not permitted for the DreamTrips Member(s) who booked this trip and are only allowed for people who are traveling with said booking member. Name changes must be done no later than March 12 and are subject to a fee of up to US$100. Name changes after this date are not allowed.

Transfer Policies: Booking transfers from one member to another member are not allowed on this trip.

• Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your DreamTrip is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book and pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel’s then-current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.
• Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults. Therefore, before you book any travel, please check the relevant hotel or resort website for applicable terms and conditions as well as details regarding their pricing structure.
